BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Wayne Emerick Jr. has won the Republican primary race for Bedford County Sheriff. 

Emerick won with 39.55% (2,794) of the vote. Diane Nelson finished with 38.98% (2,754) of the vote, and Erik Whisker finished with 21.47% (1,517) of the vote.
