Making it Matter is a new monthly series where Maggie Smolka will highlight someone or a group of people making a difference in the community. She’ll then surprise them with a free lunch.
This month we honor Julie Boyer, the Assistant Principal of South St. Marys Street Elementary School. Every day she goes above and beyond to make sure kids feel loved.
