A Silver Alert has been issued for a 4-year-old boy from West Haven on Thursday afternoon.
According to officials, Randal Morris is missing.
He was reported as missing since March 13th.
He is described as a black boy with brown hair and brown eyes. He stands around 4’0″ and weighs approximately 35 pounds.
He is believed to be in the company of his father, Randolf Morris.
