The plea deal in question would require Kraft to undergo tests for sexually transmitted diseases, perform 100 hours of community service, attend classes on the dangers of prostitution, and pay a $5,000 fine per count.
Kraft’s attorney filed a motion to try and prevent the police from releasing the video that allegedly shows the 77-year-old exchanging money for sex on two occasions.
Kraft could also be facing sanctions by the NFL for violation of its personal conduct policy.
