Jerry Sandusky is going to be re-sentenced.

According to documents released by a Pennsylvania Superior Court today, Sandusky raised several issues about his conviction including ineffective counsel, newly discovered evidence, and the legality of his sentence.

The court agreed with part of those claims and ordered that Sandusky be re-sentenced.

No word yet on when that new sentencing hearing will be held.

On June 22, 2012, the jury found Sandusky guilty of 45 counts relating to 10 victims between 1995 and 2008.
