The Pittsburgh Steelers announced plans for a Hall of Honor, Tuesday.
The Hall of Honor will induct former players, coaches and front office personnel, who were integral in creating and sustaining the franchise’s success dating back to when the team was founded in 1933.
The inaugural class will be announced on Aug. 29.
The formal induction ceremony will take place during Alumni Weekend (Nov. 25-26), and the inaugural class will be introduced during half-time of the Steelers game vs. the Green Bay Packers on Nov. 26.
