Penn State saw second-ranked Mark Hall show off his dominance over No. 1 Zahid Valencia.
Hall controlled Valencia in the much-anticipated 174-pound rematch from last year’s NCAA Championship match. Hall won 4-0 and rode out Valencia in the entire third period.
