Penn State athletics posted the open job on its online job board Friday.
Penn State had a number of special teams letdowns this season. Most recent would be a failed fake punt and allowing a punt return touchdown in the Citrus Bowl.
According to NCAA.com, the Nittany Lions did not crack the Top-50 in punt return defense, net punting, blocked kicks, blocked punts or kickoff return defense.
