One former Penn State player will seak a sixth year of elligibility and could finish his career at another school.
According to a report by Lions 247, former Penn State running back Mark Allen has entered the transfer portal.
Allen suffered a season-ending injury in September this past season. He played in a reserve role tallying 24 carries and four catches for 123 total yards.
The NCAA will have to award Allen a sixth year of elligbility with an injury hardship waiver. If he is not granted a waiver, he will be out of NCAA elligibility.
