Penn State women’s basketball announced the addition of two new assistant coaches Friday.
According to a Penn State media release, Ashley Earley and Myia Johnson are set to join the Lady Lions staff for the 2019-20 season.
Earley last coached at Northern Kentucky as an assistant coach for the last two seasons. She played her college basketball at Vanderbilt before moving on the WNBA. She has coached at Vanderbilt, Virginia, Marquette, Rhode Island and Tennessee Tech.
Myia Johnson comes to Penn State from the University of Wisconsin where she coached as an assistant for the last three seasons. She also coached at Ohio State and South Florida. She played basketball at Rutgers where she graduated in 2010.
Early and Johnson join new head coach Carolyn Keiger for the first season under the new staff.
