Penn State football defensive lineman Robert Windsor walked out of New Jersey with another six tackles, two tackles for a loss and a sack under his cleats.
Windsor has become a force that leads the Big Ten in sacks (38) and ranks No. 4 in the country. Penn State controlled Rutgers 20-7 Saturday afternoon.
