Penn State announces its football attendance, along with women’s volleyball, field hockey, and women’s soccer, all drew nationally competitive crowds in the fall.

According to a Penn State media release where the school cites attendance tallies from the NCAA, Penn State football ranked No. 2 in the country in football attendance with an average of 105,485 fans per game. The mark is also No. 2 in the Big Ten.
Penn State field hockey drew an average of 559 fans which ranks No. 2 in the country as well. The mark ranks No. 1 in the Big Ten.
Penn State women’ soccer drew an average of 1,598 which ranks No. 6 nationally and No. 1 in the Big Ten.
Women’s volleyball had an average attendance of 3,346 ranking No. 7 in the country and No. 4 in the Big Ten.
