Penn State volleyball dominated Howard from start to finish to move on to the round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament Friday.

The Nittany Lions only committed four hitting errors on the night in a clean sweep of Howard 3-0. It was the lowest amount if errors the team had seen all season.

Freshman Jonni Parker led Penn State with nine kills. Nia Reed had eight kills on the night. State College native Taylor Leath had seven kills and added 10 digs.

Libero Kendall White is now the school record holder for digs in a season with 517.

Penn State will next take on Syracuse in the second round of the NCAA Tournament at 7 p.m. Saturday.
