Penn State basketball is winless in Big Ten play through six games.
The team has lost its last four games to Michigan, Wisconsin, Nebraska and Michigan State – by an average of about 13 points.
Penn State athletic director Sandy Barbour met with reporters in Orlando before Penn State’s Citrus Bowl loss to Kentucky. At that time, Penn State was just 0-2 in Big Ten play. Barbour supported coach Patrick Chambers and the Nittany Lions hoops program.
