Penn State basketball can turn its attention to next season after an early loss in the Big Ten Tournament.
Penn State fell 77-72 in overtime to Minnesota in its first Big Ten Tournament game Thursday night. Forward Lamar Stevens led all scorers with 24 points. Penn State’s Jamari Wheeler added 13 points and seven rebounds and Josh Reaves finished with 12 points.
According to a report, Penn State announced its decision to keep Pat Chambers as men’s basketball coach for next season.
Penn State finishes the year 14-18 overall and 7-13 in Big Ten play.
