One Florida State wide receiver is taking his talents to Happy Valley.
George Campbell announced Wednesday he is transferring to Penn State on his instagram page:
He is expected to graduate from FSU in the Spring and be elligble play immediately as a graduate transfer in the fall.
Campbell was rated as a five-star recruit by ESPN and Rivals in high school. According to his bio on Florida State’s athletic page, he suffered a season-ending injury in 2017. He played in seven games for Florida State in 2018 catching four passes for 42 yards.
