Former Penn State quarterback Matt McGloin signed a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday.
The Scranton native spent the last four years as a back-up quarterback for the Oakland Raiders.
McGloin is expected to compete with Nick Foles for the second string QB spot behind Carson Wentz.
