Penn State welcomed back Manny Bowen to the linebacker room after he was kicked off the team last December.
Bowen has 21 starts under his belt and has played in more than 30 games at linebacker for Penn State.
He struggled with suspensions and was eventually kicked off of the team for a “violation of team rules.”
