This weekend is it for the 2016 Summer Olympics, and it was another successful games for Team USA. with more than 100 medals won by the red, white and blue.

But what’s in store for the next Olympics in two years?

As the world prepares to say goodbye to Rio de Janeiro, a look ahead to Pyeongchang. South Korea has the distinction of hosting the next Olympic Games, the Winter Olympics, in February 2018.

The Korean tourism organization has representatives in Rio, they’re set up at Copacabana Beach.

Myung Woon is the project manager of the Pyeongchang Organizing Committee.

“We do have all the digital stuff, like the 4-D Experience Zone, the chairs moving. And also the ski jumping experience, the Korean food culture, and every night we have little concerts, taekwondo shows, it’s all about Korea and Pyeongchang,” Woon said.

Woon said the winter is much different than in Rio.

“In Korea, of course, the winter in Pyeongchang the mountain area is very very cold. In celcius it goes down about -10 degrees to -15. It will feel like much colder. Expect the cold in the Pyeongchang winter.”

Interestingly enough, the next three Olympic Games are all in Asia: South Korea in 2018, Tokyo, Japan, in 2020 and Beijing, China, in 2022.
