(WTAJ) — Amelia Laudenbach, a swimmer at Saint Francis University in Loretto returned home to Australia during winter break to find her home wasn’t touched by the wildfires, however her relatives had to be evacuated.
There has been mass devastation in Australia due to the wildfires. Laudenbach said she felt helpless and started to cry when she got off the plane as she returned home.
