State representative Scott Conklin announced Wednesday he will unveil a bill that will give the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association “the authority” to create separate playoffs for public and private schools.
Conklin is a Democratic representative of Centre County. He will hold a news conference at the Pennsylvania Scholastic Football Coaches Association Clinic at 8 p.m. Thursday, February 14.
The news conference will be at the Penn Stater Hotel and Convention Center in State College.
