Philipsburg-Osceola’s Halle Herrington became the leading scorer in Centre Country history. She hit a three-pointer in the second quarter against Penns Valley – breaking a 30-year-old career scoring record of 2,269 points.
The record was previously held by Penns Valley’s Dana McDonald.
Also, Juniata Valley’s Quinn Zinobile surpassed 1,000 career points in the Honets game against Moshannon Valley.
