The PIAA State Basketball Championships scheduled for Thursday through Saturday at the Giant Center in Hershey have been rescheduled to Monday through Wednesday of next week due to the winter storm.
The Bellwood-Antis Lady Devils will play West Catholic at 12:00 pm on Monday in the 1A Girls Championship, while in 2A The Juniata Valley Lady Hornets will meet the winner of Jenkintown and Lebanon Catholic on Tuesday at 12:00 pm. Jenkintown and Lebanon Catholic will play their semifinal game on Saturday.
A number of PIAA semifinals were rescheduled to Saturday including the 3A Boys match up between Richland and Lancaster Mennonite. That game will be at 2:30 pm at Chambersburg High School with the winner playing either Neumann-Goretti or Trinity on Wednesday at 2:00 pm for the state crown.
