Steelers Quickly Announce New Offensive Line Coach

Well, that did not take long.

The Steelers have decided to hire from within for the offensive line coach opening reported earlier on Monday.

The Steelers announce Shaun Sarrett is now promoted to the offensive line coaching position – just hours after news of the team’s former position coach’s departure.

Sarrett has coached in Pittsburgh since 2012. According to the team’s media release, he worked first as an offensive assistant coach. In 2018, he was promoted to assistant offensive line coach. Now he moves into the offensive line coach role.

Sarrett replaces Mike Munchak who will now coach offensive line for the Denver Broncos.
