The dream season continues for Bald Eagle Softball.

Freshman Maddie Perry knocked in a bloop single with two outs in the bottom half of the seventh inning to provide the only run of the game, sending the Lady Eagles to the PIAA Class 3A State Championship Friday at Penn State. The Lady Eagles will play Pine Grove Friday at 1:30 pm.

Sophomore Madison Peters (7 IP, 0 R, 16 K’s) outlasted Emma Hipps from Clearfield (6 2/3 IP 2 H 1 R 13 K’s). Hipps actually had a perfect game going into the final inning.
