Every athletic program has a slogan or mantra they go by every year before the start of their seasons. For the Saint Francis Red Flash Football squad, this year it’s “Alpha’s Only”. 

The team want to be more accountable than they’ve been in years past, but players and coaches have their own definition of what it means to them.
