ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — In a Facebook post, the Central PA Humane Society in Altoona says a woman tossed a cat over their fence between two dogs that were in the yard and took off.
The page says the incident happened a few hours ago. They’re also asking if anyone recognizes the cat to call them at (814) 942-5402.
