A woman who stole over $100,000 from the Jaffa Shrine has been sentenced.
Rebecca Nileski was sentenced to a six month to five year prison term, plus 10 years probation.
Nileski wrote checks to herself between August of 2012 and May of 2015, totaling over $107,000.
“What is really sad was the organization that she stole from… whose sole purpose is to provide for kids and kids particularly that are handicapped,” Jackie Bernard, the first assistant district attorney in Blair County, said.
Nileski has been ordered to begin serving 20 days of her six month sentence Feb. 17 at the Blair County Prison.
