A woman charged with homicide by vehicle had her charges bound over to court.
Police said 37-year-old Jackie Lynn Beach struck and killed a pedestrian with her car June 24, near the intersection of West Dubois Avenue and Dubois Street.
Beach is also charged with driving under the influence.
