Geisinger Philipsburg will hold a 3-part program this coming Saturday, April 2, on what to expect when a loved one is diagnosed with dementia.
The event will include an overview of dementia, and specialists from the Geisinger’s “Connect the Dots staff, who evaluate potential memory issues in the elderly, will discuss visual and hearing issues in the elderly that may mimic dementia. They’ll also focus on cognitive testing and training.
