The Blair County Community Action Agency needs volunteers Jan. 25 for the point in time count.
On that day, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. volunteers and officials will come together to get a clear and accurate number of individuals including veterans and youth who are homeless and unsheltered, in order to give HUD and other agencies a better hand in ending homelessness and to better serve the community.
Care packages will be provided and resource information will be given to any homeless individual, youth, family or veteran.
