The man accused of shooting and killing his wife inside of their State College home last Fall has been found guilty on five counts.

A jury found Alois Kudlach guilty of 1st degree murder, 3rd degree murder, aggravated assault, intercepted communication and possession of a weapon.

Kudlach shot and killed his wife, Nuria inside of their home last August. He claimed he did it in self defense.

Kudlach was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
