The James E. Van Zandt Medical Center will be hosting a series of town halls to address issues facing veterans.

The forums will be set up to take questions and concerns from veterans to help rebuild trust with the VA. Officials stress that they want to focus on larger arching issues rather than specific cases to protect privacy and believe town halls will make a significant impact.

“On the larger scale issues, I really believe that these listening sessions have helped us to change a lot of the way we are doing business and specifically looking to offer those specialty services a little more conveniently, whether it’s through telehealth, to having those specialists come here,” Public Affairs Officer, Andrea Young said.
