Police say they responded to a domestic assault that turned deadly.
It happened around 7 p.m. on Hillbilly Lane near Mineral Springs.
According to police, a woman was stabbed multiple times and a man was in another room with a stab wound, and they died from their injuries.
Police identified the couple on Saturday as Donald Edward Peters, 46, Mineral Springs, and Tammy Sipe, 43, Hyde.
Police say they believe it was a murder-suicide.
