Two people were taken to UPMC Altoona after a crash on I-99.
It happened just before 1:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say the driver of a tractor trailer was traveling northbound when he rear-ended a Penn Dot Dump truck near mile marker 38. The crash caused both vehicles to go off the roadway.
The tractor trailer was hauling rolled metal material that was scattered across I-99.
Both drivers had minor injuries.
