Police follow up on all 9-1-1 calls, even those that are unintended. Logan Township police say a one-year-old accidentally dialed 9-1-1 inside a room at the Hampton Inn.
When officers arrived there was no emergency, but they found a man who had warrants out for his arrest.
The child’s father, Kevin Williams of Everett, was taken into custody. At this point it is not clear why he was wanted by police but they had what is being called a costs and fines warrant.
