A third case of the mumps has been confirmed at Penn State.
Penn State’s health services said the students with the disease have been isolated and staff has been in touch with those who were in close contact with them.
The Pennsylvania Department of Health is monitoring the situation.
Mumps is a highly contagious disease and with THON this weekend, university officials are asking students who don’t feel well, to stay home.
