TYRONE, BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Today was the Third Annual Verizon Wireless Zone Backpack giveaway in Tyrone.
Backpacks stuffed with school supplies were available for free to kids.
The event also included games, face painting, prizes and free food, and was held between the Verizon and Sheetz in Tyrone.
Local non-profit groups also offered crafts for kids.
