The Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts is kicked off Wednesday in State College with the Children and Youth sidewalk sale.
This year there are 140 kids booths and each booth has up to three kids, ages 8 to 18-years-old, participating.
Some of the items being sold include dreamcatchers, flower crowns, plants, paintings, and jewelry.
The kids particpating in the event learn how to deal with money, customer interaction and communication.
The festival sidewalk sale and exhibition kicks off for everyone Thursday at 10 a.m.
