Logan Township Police are investigating an incident involving identity theft at local Best Buy’s.
Sergio Morando and Raybet Melendez are facing charges after they provided false ID’s and purchased several iPhones for a discounted price, using the victim’s cell phone upgrades.
The two were identified by management at the Best Buy in State College and were arrested by State College Police, found with several fake ID’s.
