The future of Pennsylvania’s 14 state-owned universities is unclear.
Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculty members are schedule to hold a strike vote the week after labor day.
In a press release on Thursday, Ken Mash, the President of the APSCUF, said that their decision comes amid negotiations that have slogged on with little progress.
The 107,000 students who attend those universities will start class on Monday.
