A Bedford County convenience store was robbed this week causing the owner to suffer a fatal heart attack.
26-year-old Trista Foor allegedly stole candy from Linda’s General Store in Hopewell on Tuesday.
While dealing with the shoplifter, owner Linda Fluke had a heart attack and passed away in the hospital the next morning.
Foor is facing felony charges for having two prior retail theft offenses
