State Police in Indiana County are looking for the woman who first reported the homicide of Elwood Skillman. Skillman was found shot dead inside his Arcadia apartment and believe she may be connected.
Police have already arrested David Yingling, who was roommates with Skillman. Police believe that Skillman’s death is the result of a roommate dispute.
