Former Penn State President Graham Spanier is getting ready for trial in Harrisburg. Jury selection for that trial will begin Monday morning.

Spanier faces child endangerment and conspiracy charges in connection to the alleged coverup of Jerry Sandusky’s crimes.

Co-defendants Tim Curley and Gary Schultz avoided felony charges with their guilty pleas earlier this month.

According to local attorneys who spoke to the Altoona Mirror – that could mean the pair will testify against Spanier, who continues to maintain his innocence.
