PHILIPSBURG, CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Many local organizations, law enforcement, fire crews, bands and much more participated in the annual Philipsburg Heritage Days Parade.
The Parade began at 2 pm sharp. Heritage Days organizer Jim Pollard commentated as many of these local organizations handed out candy and waved to the community.
