An Indiana County man is facing charges after police say he fired a gun inside an apartment building Thursday.
State Police say Joel Mansell went into the Westgate Apartments office upset that his power was being shut off.
Once inside, he’s accused of shooting his rifle into the ceiling.
The bullet went into the above apartment where the tenant was home at the time.
Police say Mansell then left the scene. He was arrested a short time.
