Search warrant leads to drug arrest

Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane’s office today announced the arrest of three individuals who were found Tuesday in possession of heroin during the execution of a search warrant in Mount Union, Huntingdon County.
 
The arrests were the result of a joint investigation by the Office of Attorney General’s Bureau of Narcotics Investigation, the Huntingdon County district attorney’s office and the Mifflin County district attorney’s office.
 
The individuals arrested are:
Tyquan Tyrone Glover, 27, 527 Camp St., Harrisburg.
Amanda Lyn Briggs-Lamb, 36, 11375 Skyline Drive, Roxbury.
Jorge Ismael Rivera, 28, 316 North Washington St., Apt. A., Mount Union.
 
Investigators executed the search warrant at Rivera’s residence, where they found heroin, drug packaging materials and cash. Briggs-Lamb and Glover were both staying at the residence, investigators reported. Glover also was wanted on a bench warrant issued in Dauphin County.
 
All three individuals were charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin and criminal conspiracy. Glover and Rivera are being held in the Huntingdon County Prison; Briggs-Lamb is being held in the Centre County Prison. Preliminary arraignments were scheduled for this morning. Preliminary hearings are tentatively scheduled for April 6.
 
Other agencies assisting on the arrests were the Huntingdon County Drug Task Force and detective bureau, the Huntingdon Borough Police Department, the Pennsylvania State Police Huntingdon Barracks Patrol Unit, the Pennsylvania State Police Vice Unit and the Pennsylvania State Police K-9 Unit.
 
Attorney General Kane thanked all participating agencies for their work on the investigation. The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are anticipated.
 
Residents of Huntingdon County have provided information that has benefited the investigation, investigators reported.
