For the first time ever, the convicted child sex offender took the stand during his Post Conviction Relief Act hearing.

Jerry Sandusky was visibly emotional and frustrated during his testimony Friday, when he was asked if any of the victim testimony was true.

Sandusky said, “absolutely not!”

He testified that he had ineffective council during trial, that he was ill-advised about waiving his preliminary hearing and about a national news interview.

Sandusky denied any sexual intercourse with the young men, saying the concept is totally foreign to him and disgusting and that he had never done it with anyone.

His trial attorney team took the stand Friday and said if they could do it all over again, they wouldn’t have asked Sandusky to go through with the Bob Costas interview. They also said their biggest downfall leading up to the trial was time.

Sandusky claims the plan all along was for him to testify at trial.

There are two more days of hearings scheduled for Sandusky’s PCRA petition on August 22 and 23.
