By the lunch break for Jerry Sandusky’s hearing, four witnesses have been called to testify.

They include two troopers, who originally handled the Sandusky investigation, the psychologist who treated victims – including Aaron Fisher and the attorney for victim 2, Andrew Shubin.

Before Shubin testified, he told the judge he wanted to file a motion to quash because some of the information would likely violate attorney client privilege. The judge did grant his motion but allowed Sandusky’s attorney to question him about victim 2 and what his role was in representing them.

They talked about his stipulation with members of the Attorney General’s office that he needed to be present with his client, victim 2, for any interviews.

During cross, the prosecution asked about whether or not victim 2 changed his initial story about Sandusky from the first time he talked with Amendola.

The psychologist who treated victim 1 testified about the book he co-authored with the victim in which he states there must have been a leak from the top because a reporter found the victim and his mother even though Children and Youth Services went to great lengths to protect his identity. He wrote that at the time, they thought that information would have only come from a police report.

He testified during cross that he does not know where the reporter got the information from.

The hearing is expected to last through the afternoon.
