Police in Blair County are hoping a reward of up to $2,000 will urge folks to come forward with information about a car bomb.
Back on Thursday, a car fire at Shirley’s Cookie Company in Claysburg led officials to discover the home-made explosive device attached underneath a vehicle.
Security footage caught a black SUV in the area at the time of the incident.
